REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds. No cancellations can be accepted once order has been processed. Please ensure you input the correct shipping information as we are not responsible for incorrect information entered into the system. If for any reason, you enter in the wrong address and the package is returned to us, you will be refunded 30 days from the date of the attempted delivery minus any shipping cost. Please ensure the correct address is entered during checkout. No exceptions can be made. (Beauty)

 

HAIR APPOINTMENT POLICY

Please cancel 24hrs in advance, deposit is non refundable and will go towards your  service if you reschedule within that 24 hr period.

 

Creating a profile is extremely convenient and gives you the ability to keep up with your past, present and future appointments. In addition, you cancel/reschedule with ease.

You may reschedule your appointment once, after two rescheduled appointments your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. You are only able to reschedule your appointment in the same month it was originally booked, unless cleared by me.

 

Same day cancellations will cause you to forfeit your deposit. No call / no show will prevent you from booking future appointments and deposit will be forfeited.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.


SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time. Standard shipping is 3-5 Business Days. We only ship orders Monday-Friday. There is no shipping on weekends. No exceptions can be made. Shipping goes by USPS guidelines.

COVID-19 Update: Please note there may be a delay in shipping due to the current pandemic. We guarantee to process orders within our policy, however we are not responsible for mail carrier delays.
